Technology enthusiast, founder of a few companies, board member and business advisor. I have worked in software since 2000. For more than ten years I was CEO of Onix, an IT company; today I sit on its board. I use AI to rebuild processes, improve them and speed up the business, so what I suggest comes from practice.
Questions I can help with
- You want to improve your processes with AI, but you don't know how.
- You already use AI, but you don't know how effective it is.
- You feel you need software, but you are not sure whether to build your own, buy it, or pay for a license or a SaaS subscription.
- AI agents already work in your company. What can they access, who reviews their work, who owns the release?
What I do with AI myself
- Meetings. A recording becomes minutes: decisions and open questions.
- Reporting. The agent builds my reports in Google Sheets: forecasts, scenario tables, reconciliations of systems that should match.
- Company data. The agent works with our ERP, accounting system and team chats through their APIs, so I rarely open their screens.
- Small tools for everyday work. A simple CRM for one of my projects took half a day.
How I work
- Fail fast, and make failure cheap. With AI you can test ten prototypes in a week. That was not possible before.
- Automate chaos and you get automated chaos. Put the process in order first. AI will not do that for you.
- It has to work and earn money, not be perfect. Perfection is often the enemy of progress.
